Temperature Design offers the same great service for our commercial customers. We are licensed, bonded, and insured to install all heating and cooling equipment up to 50 ton systems, including rooftop units, split systems, gas package units, ductless systems, and VRF systems.
We also service and repair, as well as offer seasonal preventive maintenance plans for our commercial customers. Our service technicians are fully trained and experienced on all sizes and brands of commercial HVAC systems.
COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE
Whether you need quarterly or bi-annual clean-ups, we can custom build a quote for your business. With prices starting as low as $125 per unit, our maintenance includes a comprehensive list of services, such as, but not limited to:
- Changing filters
- Cleaning coils
- Flushing drain lines
- Checking amperages on all motors
- Checking gas pressures
- Oiling all moving parts
- Inspecting all electrical connections, burner assemblies, capacitors, contactors, relays, and all ductwork
- Checking refrigerant levels
- Calibrating and changing batteries in thermostat, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors

Temperature Design also offers commercial air purification systems, such as the Phenomenal Aire Series C (works with systems up to 15 tons). We recommend these types of products especially for high-traffic offices, daycare centers, schools, doctors offices, restaurants, and industrial warehouses.
