Tracy loves leading her team members to success, whether it be reaching their professional goals, or personal goals. In her free time, she enjoys music, art, and tending to her plants and flock of chickens.
Austin McIntyre
Field Operations Manager
A true family man, Austin believes in "work hard, play hard". Other than keeping our installation department on track with our goals, he loves to spend his time with wife and daughter. They enjoy hunting, fishing, and camping.
Lee Endicott
Residential Sales
Lee believes the most important aspect about sales is honesty, while educating the customer on their system and how TD can help make their home more comfortable and efficient. In his free time, he enjoys bass fishing.

Nicole is the sunshine of our office. She truly cares about our customers and making sure they are satisfied with our services. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, cooking, and hosting gatherings with friends.

Installation Manager
Originally a California native, she has spent most of her administrative career in the automotive industry. In her free time, she enjoys collecting antique glass and going to Nascar races.

Service Technician
While always putting God first, Tony enjoys continually learning and overcoming the challenges of diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, twin children, and dogs.
Greg Pasko
Service Technician
After years of working as a machinist, Greg decided he wanted a change of scenery. He started with TD as a maintenance technician and quickly graduated and excelled in the service department.
Felipe Hernandez
Installer
Always taking pride in his work, you can expect Felipe to complete a nice, clean installation that works great and looks great. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and practicing his faith.
Jeremiah Kennedy
Installer
Stumbling upon the HVAC trade by accident, Jeremiah has excelled in the installation department, especially wiring. In his free time, he likes to go to car shows, fish, hike, camp, and anything outdoors.
Alan Wiemelt
Installer
With a background in auto mechanics, Alan enjoys getting his hands dirty and learning about all types of motors and mechanics. He also enjoys playing music and working in his garage on his street truck.
Jacob Sims
Installer
Continuing his family tradition of working in the trades, Jacob decided that he enjoys the mechanics of HVAC and has become an asset to our team. He enjoys hunting and fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
